Suggestions for improvement of App; 1. All the numeric entries should be made auto populated with zero. 2. Disability section in app may designed as per hard proforma to avoid extra entries in disable hard proforma. 3. Entries sections in app are not as per proforma sequence. Requested to make the app as per proforma. 4. Visit summary sections may kindly link to the respective section directly for modification (if any) to avoid long scrolling. Thanks...

Integrating Service History into Teachers Data Form is a good step. Please, Change the selection of date procedure to Manual entry where a user will type date/month/year directly, I think it would be more convenient for users and less time consuming.

There should be a Seperate Option for Solar system in schools whether functional or not. sometimes WAPDA connection is functional but solar system is non functional so one would have no other option than just marking solar system unavailable. Restarting GPS when form is open closes the form and form is to be revised from start again. kindly fix it with just a warning message about GPS turned off. As alternative to this, Form saving should be disabled with Accurate GPS coordinates.

Not a user friendly app, in all my BS degree program we tried to cheat teachers with lame pop ups, fragments, shifting between forms.Same is done with this app,to cheat those who aren't familiar with designing and will think that adding new forms and sections is a hectic task
