Worked late at night to log in. Day of show it won't even open. And I'm not even at the show yet. So it will be useless and uninstalled if it doesn't work by show arrival

Used this on Friday at the ims show in long beach. I visited every stop and only 4 found with my phone they didn't work. And the prizes for the scavenger hunt/check in was a joke.
