Was great when it was working. My wife and I have custom message colors, but when we send them, they are just doing a color cycle regardless of the saved color. If we replay the tap, it displays correctly. Not sure what is going on. Update 1/15/2024: Even after the most recent update, the custom colors still do not work. They have not fixed the issue, and it remains as I have started above. Once this issue is fixed, my review will change. Until that happens, my review will remain at 1 star.

Since this morning, the app keeps crashing every time I try to open it. It shows the screen telling me to get connected by putting in my phone number (despite already been connected for 2 years now). And before I can do anything, it closes me out of the app completely. I've tried force stopping it, redownloading it, etc.

Updated to the January 9, 2024 release and now the app keeps crashing. My bracelet and heart are both disconnected. Clearing cache/restarting doesn't help. Edit: The 8.1.2 patch is what broke the app for me. I have the newest version installed. I appreciate the response but it didn't help because that's the version I already have. I just can't use my bracelet anymore which is sad because I've been a Bond touch user for 3 years and have Bond Hearts as well.

ever since the previous update the app has been crashing constantly even in the background, causing constant popups on my phone telling me tbe app isnt working. i cannot open the app without it instantly crashing, ive been completely logged out for no reason as well, and even after a phone restart and forcing the app to stop and start again it has not been fixed

I got a pair of these bracelets for my boyfriend and myself on our anniversary and we love them. It's easy to send buzzes throughout the day to say that we're thinking of each other. I have two complaints, though. One, the app is still in Celsius mode, even though I've tried everything I can think of to change it (including changing my phone's setting). I've never used Celsius. My second complaint is that the battery life seems to be getting shorter. It used to last a lot longer than it is now.

The app keeps crashing and randomly signed me out. I cannot open it more than 10 seconds before it crashes. I did not have any problems with it before and always had it open in the background but all of a sudden it is not working. I recently got a second bond touch for someone else but we cannot connect ours if my app is crashing. Overall, I love bond touch. It helps like little reminders to say hi or I love you while long distance We make specific patterns mean different messages.
