About this app

We are ‘The society for animal safety India’. Founded by Mr. Nitesh Khare, in 2018, today we are a proud organization working in 5 different states, with more than 150 active and honest members.
We felt a need to build this organization since we knew that there are systems in place and lots of people who can voice the opinions of humans when it comes to legal matters. But, when it comes to animals, why should we let them suffer, and if they have suffered in any manner, then they equally deserve justice and the guilty deserve to be punished.
We work on the principles of transparency and truth. Evidence that is strong enough, is always our first priority to prove anybody guilty of their offense.
Our main aim is to always bring animals and humans at peace with each other, without letting either of them suffer any sort of discomfort. We do that, keeping in mind the laws that are in place, and we abide by the laws strictly.
SOCIETY FOR ANIMAL SAFETY (SAS), India cultivates the public in the compassionate and humane treatment of all animals. Sound scientific evidence forms the fundament for our decision-making and determines the course of our rescue operations. In all that we do and we aim to find pragmatic solutions that benefit both animals and people. We also work with other like-minded organizations and government departments to strengthen legislation to protect animals from cruelty and disregard. Our work connects animal welfare and conservation, demonstrating that a healthy population, naturally sustaining habitats and the wellbeing of individual animals are intertwined. We operate closely with communities to find solutions that benefit both animals and people.
Animals are important for our environment and ecosystem. Every small animal within the ecosystem has a vital role in the well-being of the planet. If one species are rendered extinct due to some imbalance, it can have significant cascading effects throughout the residual of the chain. Animals hold the equal right to be esteemed in the community because they are the most selfless creatures on the Planet. Let’s connect our hands together and move towards a better society where animals and humans are treated respectfully and we have a crime-free country setting a benchmark for others.
