App is junk. Tried on a tablet, gives some weird error message. Tried it on my phone. For some reason an app to read books needs permission to "access my phone book and manage calls" Uhh...why? App starts and none of my books are there and if I open the "user guide" it doesn't let me past the cover page. Low and behold you actually use the Bookshelf app to access the ebooks. I think the app is just a scam to collect user info because you can't access books and all it does is ask for overly invasive permissions.

App doesn't work. I downloaded the user guide and it keeps giving me an error message that "input stream can't be null." None of my textbooks were shown on my account so I guess they aren't even compatible. I shouldn't have to contact technical assistance to get an app to work. Don't put it in the app store if your product doesn't work.

I installed, uninstalled, and installed again and still have the same problem- it won't even let me read the how to use the app book and just comes up with the "inputstream cannot be null" message every time. I can't even look up to try and find the book I actually want to read.

Awful! Why does an APP TO FACILITATE MY ACCESS TO OPTIONS FOR READING BOOKS IN MY CYBER SECURITY LAW PROGRAM NEED ACCESS RIGHTS TO READ MY DEVICE'S PHONE BOOK & MAKE CALLS? Why did this app confirm my address by a scan of the USPS database? While you are at it, why not require me to walk naked down Broadway in Manhattan at noon on Tuesdays every week. As a cyber security law student, these global intrusions into my personal files is unacceptable!

This app is absolutely terrible! The audio books rarely download on the first try. When you do get them downloaded they randomly stop playing. Often when this happens if you try to fix it the app will just crash. There are plenty of other times that the app will just crash for no reason. The crashing happens at least once per use sometimes more than once. If I could find this content anywhere else I'd be using it. I expected more from West!

It's just a very dry app that doesn't even give much control to the user. I don't have a capability to organize my books, can't even delete this annoying "Guide book" that comes with the app. Audio books often crashes while listening and I have to go back to find where I even stopped which wasted my time. Provide a speed play option because sometimes the reader puts me to sleep by their slow reading tone or I just need to do a quick review of the material. Please, improve! Thanks
