This app is horrible. We put in all of the info and it said there was "an error connecting to impact's servers; please check your internet connection" but our connection is fine because every wireless device in our home is connected. Also, the description is misleading because it says the app works on all devices but only gives the option for a smartphone or tablet and not laptop or desktop. All devices should mean all, not some. If I could have rated this zero stars, I would have.

Worthless. It says the ID does not exist when I entered everything exactly as it is the email. Don't download this. It's a waste of time.
