Can't add a bank account for withdrawals and geolocation is terrible! No! I do not want to request a check for withdrawals. I want to be able to have it sent to my bank account. I've tried CEFCU and Chime neither one will work. I tried my routing and account number for my PayPal as well. I've tried entering the info on the app and through the webpage, doesn't work! How is it that my phone, & google can tell right where I am, but your app can't figure it out? It's ok. You just won't be getting my money anytime soon. Fine with me I guess, the stock market is more profitable anyway.

It won't let me purchase tickets. I turned my WiFi off and on. I turned airplane mode on and off. Restarted phone. Nothing made a difference. It's frustrating. Tried again 5 hrs later. Still isnt working for me. Please help!

They need to do a "do over." Location issues, error messages with no description, just poorly built without the true definition of "user experience" defined.

New update is horrible. I cannot log in. I had this issue before and contacted support somehow I was able to log in after contacting support. Now in getting the same issue. This app is useless!

Can't purchase tickets 90% of the time due to location issues or other unclear reasons. Does not support some credit cards because outdated processing. Otherwise is cool. What's the purpose of mobile app if not working on the go?

Not working since upgrade to Play Store version.... I can still deposit money, but every ticket purchase fails with a vague message: "1 ticket couldn't not be purchased."
