Hej. This app is basically unusable to me. Search never works. If I look up by name, no luck. But if I search by article number it magically appears. Not intuitive. As a former co-worker, it really depresses me that IKEA cannot provide an app that works for everyone.

Browsing by category doesn't work at all Search works, but isn't that good. I only really use the app while in store, to keep track of which departments to go to and check items off. Making lists has to be done on a pc (phone browser is bad as well). Oh, and you can't even view your receipts in the app.. That has to be on pc as well. Sigh

The cart in my Android app has disappeared, replaced with a useless (to me) shopping list. I live two and a half hours away and need things shipped, so I have to go online to order and add to the cart there. When I scroll through the search results, it starts over when I get to the bottom and says "no results found". I adore the quality of IKEA and the store is great fun, but the app is not what it was or could be.

Great app. I can go through this, find everything im looking for, it lets me know if the items are in stock at my local store and when im ready to go shopping, it tells me where the items I need are located in the store. I can also choose to have items shipped. Not only does the app show you the items, it also shows you various ways you can use them in a room setting. You can see what it will look like in your room as well by taking a picture where you would like to place your desired item. 🛍️

Constantly fails to load any list of items. Search works only half the time. I am logged in both in the app and the website on the PC, however my favorites list and shopping card don't sync? They are completely different, when I change something on one platform, the other one does not sync the changes. If you already can see if I am logged in on both with the same user and member ID how hard can it be to sync the cart or favorites list really? There is no option to buy online from the app either

For the last many weeks this app has told me it cannot "load products" and to check my network connection. My network connection is perfect and all other apps work here at my house. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, reentered my IKEAa family number, reset password tc. It worked for one search, then reverted to the aforementioned message, I am upset as this has been a good search tool in my interior design business. What is going on, Ikea? Do others have the same issue? Please fix this glitch as soon as possible. I will update my review and my rating once I see this functioning on my phone again.
