Got this as a Christmas present. Can't get it to connect to the phone, black screen. Downloaded app, connected, per the instructions, nothing but black screen. Android Pixel 3, no helpful information on website. I called the number the company posted here in the reviews, goes through to a voice mail that tells you to use chat on the website or e-mail. Chat on the website is down, meh.... want my money back.

Got this as a xmas gift and I downloaded the app with no success with connecting it to my galaxy Note 8. I almost thought I was given a cheap piece of junk but the drone works well. The app is the major issue. Not happy at all

If the app isn't working (no video/control) then turn off mobile data and restart. That key bit of info should be included in the app.

I don't know why everyone is having trouble with the app, it works fine for me so far. I downloaded it, connected to Wi-Fi with no problem. If only the camera were better.

Works great with my Samsung Galaxy S9plus. Camera view is alright and the controls on screen are easy enough to navigate.
