Using BlueStacks

A platform for quick and easy access to reliable automobile engineers/workshops with better customer service experience and more opportunities to service provider through technology.

HOW MOTOCARE APP WORKS

1. Customer sign-up on MotoCare app with to gain access to automobile engineers around their area.

2. A subscribed customer request for an automobile engineer on MotoCare when their vehicle needs fixing. A list of automobile engineers and their contact details in the area where the customer made a request will be provided to the customer.

3. Automobile engineer is notified to accept the request within 5 minutes time frame. The engineer then contacts the customer.

4. Automobile engineer proceeds to issue an invoice to the customer which is accepted by the customer before services can be rendered.

5. Customer initiates payment for the service and the engineer confirms receipt of payment from customer.

6. The customer confirms job completion by engineer and rates his/her performance.
