This app is supposed to be used for tracking child's school bus. It is one of the least reliable apps on my phone. Most of the time it doesn't go forward from login screen (showing child's details). Recently i lost the bus symbol from map tracker. So i see a map without actually seeing where the bus is (this comes from notification, otherwise i cannot seem to progress beyond the login screen). Support email is a joke.

for previous version i rated 3 star. now the update is just awesome. all the technical glitches have been overcome. push notifications working. the best part ICUE complaint. now over all rating is 5 🌟

Worst app, it keeps crashing or simply shows it requires internet connection even though net connection exists. Horrible app and it works once in a while

needs to improve , the app frequently stops ,either need to uninstall or close the app every time to see the exact location of bus, doesn't stay ON .

Always gets stuck stopped and doesn't not work..the bus and the way do not move anywhere.. I could not catch my kid exactly by the time he comes
