Could not login from the website not from the application. E commerce solutions should be hassle free, and not make customers reach out to support teams to solve basic issues like creation of an account. You lost a customer today.

i logged in to order something from telemart App but surprisingly i found my account details including my name , cell number , shipping address everything is changed i am very afraid of this and fortunately i never save my debit card information.

Search sucks and so does the search filters. Doesn't feel smooth using the app but gets the job done. This app should be re-made with focus on making the fundamentals work. I don't understand the filters, if they do not work, just remove their buttons.

Really really disappointed with their shipment service. I ordered on April 21st and didn't get any details of shipping till April 28th. Contacted with their customer service 3 to 4 times and they even don't know when order will dispatch. Worst service not going to order anything again.

BY FAR, the worst possible customer service. I ordered one product from them which they delivered damaged. upon returning it within the same week of it's arrival, a replacement product was promised but never sent. all my follow up emails, complaint tickets, uan calls were ignored. it has been a month now - no product has been delivered and neither have I been contacted.
