Pathetic app! Worst app and website as well as service! Never seen such a combination anywhere. Same drop-down list most of the time will load empty. Page will crash if u leave something blank.. hahaha.. After the support team note your number they will never pick up your call! The organisation must be aware of all these issues however they don't give a damn. Need the schools to intervene or change vendor.

My experience with this is really bad. After I ordered for the books, I got a call to collect books 8 kms away from my place which ideally is to be home delivered. And after a few days I realise that they have updated my order as delivered in the app where as I have not received the books!!! Also I have already paid for the books.

Absolutely pathetic customer service. Firstly, they send incorrect and incomplete set if books. Nobody responds to calls as well as emails. Why do they ask for advance payment if they can't provide complete set of books?

I received a wrong set and after number of reminders ( reminder 1and half month ) till the set not received. Worst service received from school store. We aware about the pandanic situation but 2 months is sufficient time for complaint resolved.

I have ordered books on 8 March 2021 but still it is showing as order created ... There is no reply from them yet ... This is the worst app ever seen... There should be negetive rating also .. this app and their owner deserve it

Absolutely worst customer service. They have not send me books and nor refunded the amount of Rs.6218/- for order cancelled inspite of ticket raised , mail sent & so many reminders sent. Even their customer care executives do not talk properly & do not give proper reply.
