new app really sucks compared to the old one, just have to add that now with the advertisements especially the game app ones this news app is quite useless. Don't even bother to use this app it is worthless you can't even read a story because when you go to the next one you get bombarded with advertisements that take more time than the story you read.

The amount of advertisement on this app is horrible ! I want to see news without constantly getting constant advertising every time I click on a story. Is it News or playing games ?

Since now there is a pop up telling me to remove ad blocker. I have deleted this app. Why was that necessary? Can't even check my local weather because of the pop up. So stupid.

Channel 2 does have a good app. But, it's lacking in sports coverage (looking for the Sam Houston University score. couldn't find it.) App is always up to date with Breaking News updates. Been watching Channel 2 since 1968.
