This app is a hot mess. I subscribed via the website. I then downloaded the app and when I log in, its asking for plan selection. I have an active account with same email. On to the customer service, for 2 days I'm still trying to connect with someone. I sent a message and got my 1st response after 3hrs. How is that even possible? I wish I did read comments b4 spending on annual subscription. I'm even trying to cancel the automatic annual subscription the website keeps giving me error message

IBAKA your reviews are terrible, please do something about it. I ignored the reviews and low and behold I am facing challenges just to renew my subscription. I thought is updated so i was coming back. Is even worse than the old one. I have been charged but still saying I should renew my subscription. What is the meaning of this?

This new app is the worse i have ever seen,........i subscribed on the 4th of january for 3months,they activated it on the 8th and today now, i can not log-in meaning my 3months subscription is USELESS????????? I can't believe I used 20gb to watch just one movie on this app? After one movie my 20gb data finished... I just went straight to cancel my subscription. And poor customer service no one responds to you... The experience is terrible
