Bought the pro. Now it says I should update but no update is available in the playstore. Coding not working! Clear faults is fine but there are free apps that can this too. For me it was waste of money

cannot update to full version, always get the failure message "could not connect to google play store. please restart the app [..]." . update 09.07.2019, bought the full version in june however today as i tried to do a full diagnostic and afterwards see the faults the app said that i should upgrare to full version...what for did I pay the 44 euros one month ago, just for a one time thing? starting to feel robbed!!!

Checked if the service reset would work with a 2015 Audi TT (8S), Carly's website stated it would but it doesnt. All I get is a message saying 'Contact us'. Basically bought the adaptor & full app version for absolutely nothing, I need to reset service data now not in weeks or months time. Was happy with my other Carly products but not this one, its seems rushed & not finished 😡

Rubbish and crapware. This free app won't work. You have to have the full version apparently for anything. Poorly designed interface. For everything you have to reconnect and wait. User experience is not pleasant - understatement of the year - and rather a huge nuisance. I have thrown the adapter away in the garbage bin. Do not buy!

A very good adapter, a very good application, very good technical support. I have been using Carly since the beginning, he has helped me in many problems. Tests, diagnoses, dpf regenerations, very useful coding, ex video in motion. Very good technical support, recently Carly Team replaced my adapter for free as a life-time guarantee. I highly recommend.

Not as good as Carly for BMW , I have 2 error lights on the dash and it could not diagnose them, could not even diagnose the faulty dash screen, it said it would take half an hour to diagnose this vehicle, a TT, an hour later nothing, tested each element individually in less than 15min, only 2 engine faults. Hope the updates make it 100% better.
