Very in-depth diagnostic for my E class I did give it 5 stars but now removing that, after a couple of years of using it successfully, after an update they removed the option of using a third party obd2 device. I contacted them and got offered a tiny discount on their own unit. This is unfair as I paid a lot of money for this app and now the only way I can use it is to spend more money with them. Try looking after your existing customers Carley!

Always showing to update but is no newer version available and from yesterday is not connecting to odb2 adapter. 👎👎👎

The parameters advertised on lite version are not available after subscription. Worst app... developers please see the Torque... not perfect, but at least you can read values on lite version and to see what actually have access to....

I have used this application for a number of years now. Throughout this period, I have been receiving updates and advisory information on a regular basis. I have found the app provides all the information that is required to both monitor and maintain the vehicle to a high standard. When a Gen2 adapter failed during a system update recently, Carly through their support people (Sara) were excellent sending me a replacement adapter in double quick time to Australia. Good service such as I received from Carly is now quite rare. Thank you Carly.

Don't waste your time, listen to the 1 star reviews they are all right! Its an absolute rip off aswell, €60+ shipping for the adapter and €35 a year to use the full app! And it will only work with their own adapter. Its not much more money to buy a decent MB scanner. I used to use carly a few years ago and it was really good then. Wish I hadn't wasted the time downloading it this time! Sort it out Carly look how bad your reviews are! More 1 star reviews than anything else, stop being so greedy!
