At first the app was great. Somewhat easy to use. But then I had to update it. Once I did, it vanished from my phone! I have searched my phone high and low for over an hour. Even did an actual search for the app and it showed it was no where on my phone. Hey, when I go to the play store it says it's installed. Even restarted my phone thinking that might do something. Nope! Still says installed on playstore but no where on my phone. Thanks for the deleted update.

If I could select zero stars .... This app is absolutely worthless. I registered then tried to sign in and it says it's the wrong password/email. Tried with a different email and got the same message. Couldn't even delete my accounts I set-up. Idk why the schools use this app, it's trash. Can't even log in through the browser either. USELESS!

App had been working reasonably well until I tried to check my daughter's account for the new school year. When i log in, I get a mandatory update notification, but the update link errors out. I've tried unistalling and reinstalling a number of times, but that hasn't resolved the issue. The website works somewhat, but is slow and clunky. P.S. My son graduated with a small balance left. Apparently, there's no option to move that to my daughter's account or get a refund. This needs to be fixed.

I always end up deleting this app. It does not let me do anything in the app, load funds, make any changes. It says I'm an invalid user. Every year I hope they fix these bugs only to be disappointed every time. I just login in through my browser, no problems. The app is obsolete.

The app makes me log in with my password every time, and then asks if I want to enable fingerprints, every time. Nuisance. Can't just pull up a list of recent meals on screen... Has to generate a PDF report and email it to me. The meal restrictions feature seems like a good idea but is unusable. I get a list of thousands of items that I have to scroll through on my phone. And I don't see a way to access this on a computer where it would be a little more convenient.

Update: Still doesn't work with fingerprint, nowhere to turn it on now. It still doesn't remember UN/PW. -- It works, but the fingerprint option doesn't do anything even though it asks me if I want to use that each time I login. Another thing is that it doesn't save the username and password, have to input it each time. You also can't simply see what lunches were purchased without generating a report that gets emailed.
