The outdated stocks made caused the refund to customer and it took very long time to process refund.. since 18 Feb 2021 until now (more than 2 months) Customer haven't got the refund yet and Customer Service never call the customer for the updated followup and customer had already email 8 times but no solution at all..

Contact call center & got informed that delivery time will be same as information in the apps but the real delivery time was one day late. Contact the call center for order that not completed delivered & you have to repeat the story to them if your call was taken by the different agent since the system open the historical information based on agent name instead of customer name. Can't give the rating for the poor service since the apps don't have it. Uninstall the apps, very disappointed.

The product always out of stock while the product still appear in their catalog, refund process take a long time, the money refund in 3 working days.. They never directly contact the customer to inform about the issues.. The customers should be proactive to call the CS. Not recommended for urgent requirement.

Uninstalling this apps cause I'm very dissapointed they don't have automatically refund system. I have to email their CS in order to get my money back when my item not available in the store. My first refund was fine. They give me back my money on the item they didn't send. Saddly for my second purchase, I haven't receive my refund untill now.
