This app is the worst app. This whole loyalty app is bs. I have the card
and when I went online to finsig my account it kept saying that "something
went wrong" and said the same thing when I downloaded the app. I have a ton
of reward points that I can't use now. No customer service number or
anything. Literally the WORST PROGRAM EVER

It won't recognize my sign in. It says I have an account, so I click forgot password. It says it will send me an email, but it never does. It's looking like a way that a retailer gets out of a loyalty program without having to give any discounts.

This is absolutely one of, if not the worst application available. The application never shows up on the phone screen OR in the business. Have to manually enter email address to get into site. If I were a business owner I would find another Loyalty Reward app for my customers.
