I cannot even set up the account... App completely non-responsive. Update: I finally got into the app, after lots of lots and lots of tries, and set up the simple connect and it disconnected my remote control. I got my remote control back working and it disconnected me from my simple connect. So it seems like you can only do one or the other!! NOT GOOD!

OK. Took time, trial and error, but I'm up. And, I must admit, it is fun to control the fans with Google Home! As for my problems? First, I had to go back and update the account I set up two years ago; the one where I gave up. Then I had to make sure the old app was uninstalled. No where on the app itself does it say, "about." So I couldn't tell which was the old or new without going into the Apps list on my phone and checking version. Hunter could have made this easier. But, after all that, my new fans, and the old fan I gave up on, are all working fine and integrated with Google Home! Can't recommend for people without patience and some tech in their blood. But I am happy now.

This update sucks 😐 most of the time it opens and says create an account 🙄 then other times it opens offline and .05% of the time it works. It no longer has the summer or winter option for rotation and the dimmer part never worked. Return to the prior version!! **Update** I sent a note with pictures of issue as requested and no response.

Absolutely rediculous. First ten or so tries to register it said registered to someone else, then finally it registered. Once installed is frequently unresponsive and the controls are insane (gig fiber, enterprise network). "Reverse fan feedback" which is on by default is actually standard direction, turning it off reverses the fan direction, rediculous. Advanced options render off screen, if you turn on "split light and fan" you can no longer access advanced. Many others, not enough words

Help I can't get it to go pass connecting to secure connection. always goes back to cancel or retry. I sent a email in. Also please make this app Avaible in Amazon Appstore. I bought this fan like 2 of them just for using with Alexa. FYI the 1 Star is for now will change when fixed. Hunter Team Support was able to help me with my issues. also work great with Alexa. Hopefully soon a new version will be out with advance options. I change to 5 Stars for now.

Overall a good app. Setup could be simplified with less steps. I'm pretty experienced with setting up Wi-Fi devices and the Wi-Fi ceiling fan setup was a little clunky. But I'm just happy to have a Wi-Fi ceiling fan that integrates well with Alexa. The only problem I am having is the app always shows the fan as off when I open up the app. The light registers fine.
