The app used to work on my Samsung Galaxy S7, but now it states: Both your mobile device and HUMAX product should be connected to the same wireless router. Please check the network settings. I've uninstalled/ re-installed. It was a 5* app but unfortunately is now useless!

Failed. Wouldn't connect to the box. Both phone and box connected to the same WiFi. Useless.

As others have said builg for older version, last updated 2018. No good for me so have to buy a new remote instead.

just downloaded the app and got this message while attempting to run it. "This app was built for an older version of Android and may not work properly. Try checking for updates, or contact the developer."

Phone and Humax box are connected to the same router. App disagrees. Impossible to get it to work . We bought Humax as it was supposed to be the best, it isn't. A second rate product which we wish we had never purchased.

Didn't work for hdr1000s on wired network, Samsung s8. Disappointed as I just cancelled sky and original remote a bit dodgy. Might try a Samsung unit rather than buy a new remote.
