Fail. Worked perfectly for about a month and now can't find Humax device on same network. Tried reinstalling app, resetting WiFi still can't find device on home network. This app can work well for a short time. Hand remote glitchy to use. Humax appears to have major software issues.

On Sony Xperia Z (Android 5.1.1) does not find Humax HB-1000S despite Netgear D6200 router properly configured for cross-device communication, a real frustration as unable to find way to paste full 64 HEX digit password for the Humax 150N WiFi Adapter connection, timing-out before having time to manually input all 64 digits. The Freesat App locates the HB-1000S instantly, but only offers channel control of course, though proving that Humax's own App does not even work with this, it's own model.

So with my Sony tv App I can TURN ON my Sony tv and use the App remote. With Humax App I have to Use the PROPER REMOTE to turn on the box and THEN if Im lucky the App remote MIGHT find it and work. Kinda pointless App

Rubbish app, pointless attempt - forget trying to have the app autodetect it's settings it just does NOT work. Would really like to have this function available
