Love Hulu but wish it was cheaper than cable to watch TV shows that even on normal TV channels not even cable, but I do enjoy having it! It would be nice to have more movies available especially classic ones so wouldn't require Netflix subscription just to watch like "Friday"! It's more expensive than cable to require both subscriptions than cable with all access channels so if Hulu put that in perspective that would send them over the top but I do enjoy having Hulu while not having cable!!

Lots of ads and bugs. I definitely enjoy the content but take a cue from Netflix. They have been around from the beginning and have never needed to big their customers down with advertising to make extra revenue. Plus now when I pause a show, even for a few seconds, it'll go back 3 minutes when I resume. It's super annoying. Fix it!

Hulu is just not wanting to load on my phone, I thought maybe it was a slow internet connection but everything else works fine. I can almost instantly watch a 90 min movie on YouTube but can't watch a 20 min animated show on Hulu after 30 min of trying to get it to load. I'm almost to the point of canceling my subscription, this is ridiculous.

I just wish there was a Lock button while you're watching your show. I always end up pushing on a different show on the list below the video I am watching. The only way to fix this is to put it in Full Screen mode... But there is still a chance of pressing another button. TL;DR PUT A LOCK BUTTON ON THE SHOWS PLEASE! Only issue I have!

I pay $65 for Hulu Live tv and movies. I wanted to see Bar Rescue. ONLY 2 SEASONS are on there?! I go to watch it and it doesnt allow me to (some error). Then i go to cancel the subscription and they offer 1 FREE MONTH and i cant get that either (another error) 🤣🤣🤣 I just got robbed... unbelievable!! I also got charged another $13 + $1 for something unknown... i cant believe this. FIX YOUR SERVICE AND GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!!!

I used to love Hulu, but the ads have gotten horrific. 3 minutes of ad for every 15 minutes of show? Seriously? I know they get money from it but the no ads subscription is ridiculously overpriced. 12 dollars, so double the normal subscription, for the same product but without ads? It's no longer even worth it. I'm already paying 6 bucks a month, plus a Starz add on, so 16 bucks a month, only to be getting 3 completely unskippable ads every 15 minutes or so in the middle of a show? Ridiculous.
