The HULU Live TV app doesn't work well with our TV and soundbar. We have a Sony XBR-55X800H and HT-Z9F soundbar and the picture freezes and buffers all the time also the sound stops working and I have to uninstall and reinstall the app to fix the problem. We pay extra for this app and I don't think it is worth it at all. This has been a problem for several months and all the other apps and live channels work great on the Sony TV and soundbar. I do not recommend HULU. I will be switching to Youtube TV.

Had to switch internet service with at&t. And now have NO audio on any of show or movies. AT&T. Said it’s that app. Wht going on. So it doesn’t work with chromcast. Really Frustrated I guess I’m canceling Hulu. And can’t get though customer service 🤦🏻♀️😡🤦🏻♀️😡🤦🏻♀️😡🤦🏻♀️😡🤦🏻♀️😡

Live TV is broken. We pay extra for live TV with Hulu, but it often doesn't work on our Sony XBR55X900E. Sometimes we get a vague error message. Other times, it just buffers forever. Even when it does work, it often stutters and jumps. All of our other apps work just fine. On top of all that, there's no surround sound, and Hulu is raising our rates.

Playback is terrible. On a regular basis I will start a show. It will show the hulu logo, sounds plays, but I don't see the video. Going back and staring again works and I get the video. Other than this, it does what it needs to. Not that it matters, since if I want to watch hulu I don't have any other options on Android TV.

THIS APP ON ANDROID TV NEEDS AN UPDATE! NOT HAD ONE SINCE I GOT THE TV NEW. EVERY SHOW , EVERY TIME NEEDS TO BE RE STARTED 3 OR MORE TIMES TO HAVE VIDEO WORK AND BE IN SYNC WITH AUDIO. EVERY TIME! EVERY SHOW! RIDICULOUS.

Live TV is terribly slow on Android TV. Takes five minutes to open the guide and usually just times out. Going back to YouTubeTV.
