I used to love hubtel with their lower charges on transactions until they were to help refund a wrong transaction which they never got back to me since December 2020. Another thing too is, their transactions are full of glitches, days it would go through, days it wouldn't, days you've to call before you get a refund.

Well it tells u card exist yet u can't use the card ...but verification fee too has been deducted...kindly fix thses bugs ..thank u

First of all, very bad customer service. I have never given a one star rating before; so for me to do so now means this is really bad!!! In connecting a payment option, money was deducted from my Visa card to make sure it's valid and claimed to return it once verified; till now, my money has not been refunded. The customer call lines will never answer or reply your call. Least thing you can do is listen to what users of your app have to say. I don't recommend this app for download. Bad!!!!!
