it says "app not supported" and with that i can't open or watch videos, my phone's version is a late model and i truly want to test out this new update but unfortunately it can't be open with the version of 6 which is my phone.

This video player doesn't support to the Old android version's... should have android level up to 9. and someone had updated this player android level below 9 you can get error message unsupported!! you can fix this go to the settings and check at that video player after give uninstall the updates... after you can use your old player.

The moment that the app was updated, I can't watch any videos on this app. It shows, "the app is not supported." Was it because the app version is not compatible with my huawei model? My phone is an old unit and model of huawei. If I knew this would happened, I shouldn't updated the app. Useless. Please reply. Thanks.

I just need an app that can play my local videos, I don't need it to become like Netflix or WeTV. I've uninstalled all the updates on the Huawei video app, and have turned off my automatic updates just to make sure this update doesn't install. Please just make this a separate app, and allow us to keep the original pre-installed video player.

Well I tried to delete some unwanted videos and I couldn't deleted the video that don't play continuously at the end of the video I have to manually play the next one and very nice video
