I personally have been enjoying the service. I think it's a little unfounded for people to criticize the service for something that isn't available which is being able to watch over different WiFi networks or data plan. The only recommendation I would make to Digicel play in this regard is to ensure that it's clearly stated in the description. I do have my criticisms however. Number 1 whenever I'm casting from my tablet or smartphone to my television it comes up with an image blocking the actual channel. It's a little annoying quite frankly. Number 2 and I'm not sure if this is entirely Digicel plays fault but some of the channels particularly Television Jamaica and CVM TV do not actually fill the entire screen of the tablet or smartphone. It's probably more like 2/3 of the screen filled.

It says watch any where which is such a huge lie because you can only watch it in your house I wish digicel would fix this because I pay 9000 dollars every month and I can't watch TV anywhere, I await your response .

This app is very convenient and very easy to use. no faults found so far. No more fighting for remote!! I would definitely recommend this app to TV lovers. you have the access to watch all the channels that you are subscribe to in your own little personal bubble.. Definitely 5 stars..

This new update is working pretty ok My only issue is, I should be able to load this on my tablet and watch anywhere once I have a WiFi connection This exclusive home system is a backward step But this is an improvement from previous versions of the app

I didn't work because I had put in the account ID and the account pin and it keeps telling me that the account pin or ID or country is invalid and it says error code 20303

I am unable to sign in. It keeps saying error. Incorrect account ID or PIN even though I'm putting in what was given to me by Digicel
