Disgusting. Keeps crashing.

I wish the developer would tell me why I cannot get this app to send me a code to my email so I can create a login. I want to get rid of watermarks and I cannot become VIP status without a login. I even sent email and no response. Nothing in my email spam folder. Otherwise I love the app!
