Our easy and secure online ordering through tablet and smartphone, or any computer, goes direct to dispatch so there is no delay in the order process. When you log in you can order your taxi immediately, or choose a later time or date and the order will remain in the dispatch system until it is completed.

You can retrieve your order on your mobile device to check for estimated time of arrival to your pick up location, change date, time or any other feature, or cancel your order.

You can add commonly used travel locations to make ordering faster and easier. Save the shortcut name, such as work, dentist, home, or favorite restaurant, and the name and address of the location in your permanent profile and you can scroll to that shortcut to quickly enter that location in your order.

Save all cell phone, office and home phone numbers in your profile so if you need to call, our automated system will recognize any of those numbers and quickly place your order.

We accept all major credit cards, and honor all village sponsored senior discount taxi coupon programs. Remember, it's quicker to click than to call!

1. Mobile Pay
You can now pay for your ride from the app if you have a credit card on file. No need to swipe. Select the order from the list and tap on "Pay Now" or if there is no order, enter the cab number and tap on "Pay Now".2. Track Taxi
You can track the the assigned taxi for your order, for immediate pickups, taxis are assigned as soon as you place order and there is a taxi available. For future pickups, taxis are assigned 15 to 20 minutes before pickup time. 3. Bug Fixes
