I went into the app and I cannot even connect my hoverboard to it it's just a useless thing and it doesn't even do anything I tried everything I can to connect it but my hoverboard is right next to me but the direction it tells me to go is it different direction it's just trash it does nothing!! Hate this app don't get it it's just a joke and a scam!!!!

It takes forever to download it's taken a long time I put in an hour and it still in the pending stage and it will never open on my Acer Chromebook it will open on my Galaxy 5 phone for some reason why won't it work on my Acer Chromebook it used to work with now it doesn't all the sudden

Thing gets crazy. Spins out of control when battery gets low. Has thrown my grandson off once. Thought it was a fluke until it went into a wall. Big safety issue!!

It wont even allow me to link to my scooter. It said coming soon. If the scooter has the bluetooth on it then it should already be able to link to it. That's kinda wrong to make people download the app and not even be able to use it. And we should be able to change to color of the under glow.

On my daughter's Moto G8 the screen covers the battery bar and the 'connect' and 'settings' icons cannot be pressed because the tray opens when that area is pressed on the phone. There's no way to prevent full screen mode on the phone so this needs altering in the app. Works fine on my OnePlus7t seemingly although cannot change from 'intermediate' mode

We tried the app on my daughter's iphone and my samsung. It only connected once from her phone after multiple tries yesterday. Today neither phone apps would connect. Our phones connect and will play music on the hoverboard but this app will not work. Now i look up and it's connected on my daughter's iphone??? It just randomly decides when it will connect. This app needs work.
