App and cash registers do not sync. When you're in the store you MUST tell clerk that you have digital coupons! This is not a very user-friendly system. Today the cash register said said my phone was not recognized when i entered it into the POS. I got home went through the app and my phone number is correctly registered inside the app. Not to impress so far.

Love this ap It is so easy to use. The only thing i dont like about it is that you cant just tap the coupons to add them. It is a bit aggravating but it is still very helpful and easy to use.

Constantly crashes every couple minutes making it impossible to even create a list and add items to cart. The layout is clunky and dated. Does IGA really want our business? Because this app says otherwise. People who like the convenience of Walmart's pick up service but hate their produce selection and out of stock items would love an alternative but IGA is not it.

Couldnt get past create account. Said I had to pick a store but mine wasnt there. The entire state of West Virginia is in fact a state. Idk who came up with this but they need to do their homework & if they are goingcto force someone to pick a location its a good idea to list all locations. Daniels, WV 25832
