Problems loading to pedal on Android. But then? Saw loads of reviews with the same issue. I found on android if you load to xtomp, once your present pedal and effects appear on the app. Hit STOP SCAN, (top right) so Bluetooth stops scanning for devices. then click on the current xtomp and it will load the new stomp instantly. Works amazingly. Until I found this out it loaded a couple of times then would not load anything. This does the trick. Top stuff xtomp. Hope this helps android user out.

I tried everything the X stop mini works fine with the computer direct connection but it won't show up on the Bluetooth and I can't connect to it so if I can't connect to it the app is entirely useless and since the app is entirely useless 1 * it's definitely not a deal-breaker and there's still plenty of effects but it was very disappointing when I realized that you could not use all the effects on the Xtomp Mini which I really like Ambient fx. Now it wint downoad

I was on an older version with no issues, until i updated the app yesterday to see if there were new features. march update broke network features. cant sign in. tried reinstalling to see if it would fix it. No change, I lost my favorite pedals list. I can't restore my list cause i can't login. please fix.

App simply doesn't work because can't connect to the pedal. Looking for the pedal from the app stuck on scanning. Try to connect from android os Bluetooth settings say I have to connect from the app. Frustrating. Xomp Web page for support is actually down. Cannot find a solution.

Pedal is simply amazing... The app utterly sucks. It's slow & buggy. The way every model slowly scrolls down and back up, so you can't read the description for ten seconds is just stupid. The load button blocks the description text on a lot of models.

The range of pedals available makes this such a product. Only thing which is super annoying is a weird auto scroll bug which makes it impossible to scroll for 10 secs or more when viewing a model. Really need to fix that.
