So my apartments have just recently switched over to this app. I got the verification email and it takes me to the page to create my password but when I try to move forward it gives me an error message that says "error loading invitation info". I would like to be able to get my account set up so I can use it.

Unable to set up an account because the email link sent from hOp doesn't work and isn't a secure page. DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN is the error I get saying the site can't be reached. I'd encourage the developers to get a secure domain as well to keep users' info protected against hacking.

I have no idea if this app is good or not, because there's no way to reset my password so I can sign in. Checked the other hOp app where I'm currently logged in (forgot what the PW is though), it doesn't have a way to change it either.
