It was working fine but all of the sudden the application didn't work. The application is very bad. It dose not open. It is Ony the title screen and get freezes. The problem is that the cam is rubbish without the application. You need to have better app. Even downloading motions sucks. You need to improve your application. The camera is great but App is RUBBISH. WASTE YOUR TIME. My phone is Huwaei

App stuck in continuous loop of asking for permissions even after rebooting and force stopping app and clearing cache

. So as 8-30-2020 app has been working flawlessly for a while now. Thank you very much! Have added 2 more cameras, just love it!!!!! Ok, the app is working for now, changing to 4 stars if will continue to work will give 5* , although didn't work for almost 2 solid days.

Normally this app works amazing. I have multiple security cams with hoop for last 3-4 months and have never had any issues. But the last couple days and apparently I'm not the only one the app has been freezing and not alerting me of anything. I hope they fix this bug soon!

Hoop camera and app work well. When the app did act up it wasnt long before developers fixed the issue. I appreciate a company that takes care of their customers and their mistakes.

Doesn't identify wireless network in its Camera though shows it choose in app, and setup fails. Tried in two cameras both had same issue returning them.
