My order is partially delivered. They called two times saying the remaining items will be delivered today but they weren't. They do not have support phone. I wrote complaint on their Contact Us page but they did not get back to me. You should be careful and use only cash on delivery cause you may get scammed.

The worst experience ever lying from the first order informing that the air condition will be installed the same day of delivery they don't have a phone number only dumb mails with auto replies , unprofessional customer service informing fake dates and third party doesn't care about the customer at all I received the air condition Friday after 100 calls and mails was installed Wednesday while jumia and souq install on delivery. Will uninstall the app and will never deal with them again.
