Outrageously clunky and defective. For example, when you build a profile on the website, it tells you can not message other people until your landlord approves your account. This pops up every time you try to message someone... and that's fine.... but if you try the same thing with this app, IT PRETENDS THE MESSAGE HAS BEEN SENT AND ALL IS WELL. That is, of course, until you try and see your messages. Good luck! How and why they overlooked the central feature of the app I will never understand.

The app needs work. Keeps logging me out saying authorized access required. Not sure why? But it's almost everytime I use it and I have to keep signing back in. I type out a message to potential swappers and the text doesn't even display so I can't even see what I've typed. Shows matches and pictures etc all okay, but there are a few glitches which need fixing. I hope you can sort this out soon

The app is absolutely rubbish. Keeps logging me out and saying I need to update/add my details but there isnt anything missing so I just have to click save each time to view a home, then I'm not logged in again so have to log back in and "update" my details yet again, basically any time I press a button. Only thing it seems good for is multiswaps but at this rate I'd never be able to manage it. Also there is no option to search for a specific user or street name to do swaps found elsewhere.

Doesnt load properly, kept trying to update locations, wouldnt let me had to go onto chrome, not apps fault but far too many people just ignore you and they do nothing about it, even when reported, just much easier to use the website on chrome, needs far to much doing to it and fixing toake it a decent app!

This app is pretty shocking to use. It logs you out every time you try to view a new message, it makes it extremely awkward to update any info on your house and just sends you to the desktop site.

Been using this app for sometime. Just started to get a swap sorted and app has shut me out. Each time I log in it says I have to pay a fee but won't let me do anything. Have messages waiting but can't access them. Tried to contact homeswapper site but hear nothing back.
