It can not connect to Alexa. interface and the general look very very not user friendly. Why is it in landscape mode all the time anyway? really useless app.

Only downloaded this pointless app to enable voice control via alexa and it doesn't work anymore. Worked OK for few mo this then about 2 weeks ago I had to keep going back into the app to edit TV name and then open up alexa app to search TV to get it working each time. Was easier to just pick up the TV remote. But now even that doesn't work. Whe I edit the TV name under the alexa button in this app, it just comes up with an error message and alexa fails to control it.

Utter pants!! Tried a number of times now to get this app to work, still stuck on selecting/searching for channels. Why cant this be a choice? Talk about false advertising, part of reason for tv purchase was to have the function of this app and its connection to alexa! I repeat... Utter Pants!!

This app is terrible it picks up the tv but does not load anything when saying adding channel list attempted more than once and still nothing. Dont waste your time.

App didn't work, tried to load channels and said portal service connection problem then tries to load channels continuously even though I don't have channels loaded? Uninstalled as I couldn't get any further.

I have the same issue as Wayne below. Alexa integration has completely stopped working. Removed it as a device. Linked it back up with Amazon and when i come to edit the name of the TV for alexa in this app, it errors and does nothing.
