It is an absolutely phenomenal app. You have put it correctly when u say 'where the past comes alive'. Accompanying commentary is superb, lucid, with accent & diction making it appear as if one is not only viewing a video but also reading authoritative history. I commend History Channel for a great work.

I am not sure how this app, ever came to be. I have been watching these videos and a great deal of them originate from YouTube and the other videos are blocked by a&e for copyright infringement. With that said, I think with a little bit of further development and some licensing this would be a "decent" app. Other than that, as is, this app is a cheap "History Channel" knock off app. Uninstalled

Absolutely fascinating but one of the narrator's appearance was disgusting. Did the history channel have to push a p.c. agenda and have a freak with a lady's blond wig be so overt about it. Why a degenerate taking away from a fascinating program? Perhaps the board of the History Channel should read Leviticus or read about Lot and Sodom and Gomorah?

Get with the time's.. I know u a history channel but gee.. it's my favorite interest since my mom introduced me to the Roman empire yrs ago. Take a look a Ted talk for some inspiration. Siiigh..

Well i believe it can be improved a little but i really think it can be my faverite app except for one thing and it's that i have downloaded another HISTORY APP by you , so what's up with that? .. Tell you what i really think after i give both app's a test drive..
