this was my fav app, would have given 4 stars due to minor glitches with chapter play back. However, recently there were changes made without warning. I lost nearly every book in my library and cannot get the ones remaining to play at all. if it ain't broke don't fix it. This app is now garbage. I canceled my subscription, but would happily come back if they make the app the way it used to be.

I've been waiting since November to sign up with the "new" plan that is supposed to unlock soon. It's now July and there is no new plan and they aren't accepting new memberships. they did give me a free trial of their old service. unfortunately it cut off in the middle of the book. They said it should be active by the time my trial ended. Didn't happen. i don't understand how this is taking so long. Went ahead and joined scribd instead. Is this ever going to be a thing?

i love this app, sadly there are far too many issues to justify continuing paying the monthly fee. ive seen missing chapters to the point where it doesnt make sense in trying to listen to the book. ive been in the middle of series when the books were taken out of rotation with no warning. the customer service quality is lacking aswell. i waited for 2 weeks to get an answer, i canceled my subscription before i even got an answer. i want to use this app so badly so please address the many issues.

I've been using the app for a couple months. It used to have a lot of great books on it but they have gotten rid of a lot of their inventory. It's no longer worth the monthly price. I'm going to be going back to the free library audiobook apps after my current month ends. I might come back if they add back more of the previous content and lower the price. edit: I lowered my rating because they removed all of the decent books. Only books left are not worth paying for. Dont waste your money.

It has a good selection of audiobooks to go through which is great but it does have some problems staying on. The app will freeze randomly and I will need to completely close the app and reload it in order for it to work again. sometime the book will keep going but indicator doesn't move so when it freezes it goes back to where the indicator says you were instead of where you actually are in the story. Borderline deal breaker. I really like the series I am listening to right now so I will at least ride that out but might not renew afterwards

I bought and subscribed to this app because I love books and my free library app didn't have a great selection. I found lots of great books when I first subscribed, but then the books in my library started disappearing. a couple of times, the book disappeared before I got a chance to finish it. I'm finding less and less materials I want to read and may cancel soon.
