Poor for the hik brand, when recovering footage via wifi or direct from sd card. Most clips freeze after a second or two the jump to the end or just freeze and show 1 image. I have restarted the unit, replaced sd card tried various image qualities. Result being I shall purchase a different unit

For some user, you need to activate your GPS location in order for the wifi to connect to your phone. It's all good. I like it.
