I had a great experience using this app but now there are so much lag in delivering messages from one end to another. It takes several minutes to get double tick..i have a good speed wifi connection, so internet is not an issue. Most of the times there are no notification sound or vibration alongwith incoming text which makes me ignore them. My friends are also facing same issues.

This is my all time favourite app. Best chatting app ever. Every features are great. Stickers are awesome. My favourite is offline sms mode. I'm giving it 3 star because from few days offline sms isn't working. There is no option to sms offline friends. Maybe Hike Team removed it. I'm waiting for this feature add again in hike, ASAP. Otherwise I'll uninstall hike because offline sms is my most favourite & useful feature. When offline sms feature will be added to hike I'll give it 5 star.

Lot of things are pushed on to the user, Like there is always a popup above the type message box to play Ludo and Watch video, it's not at all a Good user experience. It would be better if the Hike Team is more focused on Improving the Audio and Video quality experience, Notification System across all platforms, since it's Broken.

Have been using this app since last 5 years, had been a great fan since the vibration issue started occurring. On silent mode it doesn't play the vibration and it is very annoying. I had tried contacting you on email but no response from your side. Very disappointing. Now please don't write that message us on email beacuse i have already done that but you are not responding. Very poor hike.

It's a lovely app. I love all it's stickers a lot. The stickers give a feel whenever I chat with my loved ones. The stickers are so relatable. They give real feel. I just love the app tremendously. Thank you team Hike for making such an amazing and beautiful appšŸ¤—šŸ¤—šŸ¤—.

please bring back the offline sms features which is very useful and a great feature for having text messages during some data issues. old offline notification alert was also a valuable feature but it has been removed now. please bring it back because i love to use hike messenger a lot. When the function will be back i will definitely gives a better feedback. until this is my rated response
