I rarely write reviews about application, especially when it comes to 1 star. I just tried for first time shopping in here.i felt good for the quality (not the service), I shopped for the second time. I read a banner for free delivery with no requirement of time frame, just total spending. I fulfilled that. However, in fact, I did not get that. Then, I asked the CS. The said that the promo had expired until October 31st. Then, I screened capture the promo, it was still every product in website or application. Then they said just "it was not still been updated by the team". What?! For hijup who claimed worldwide class, the small thing like this was ignored. Not recommended. I can not trust it this web site again.
