Absolutely amazing. Such a great idea. Used this service a few times now and every time has been great. Bit of a faf to get set up to start with but understandable and was quick to confirm details, Once you are set up its so easy to book and use. Makes hiring a van so easy if it's only for a quick job. Never had an issue. Will defo use again.

If Hertz have any interest in the customer experience that they give potential clients via this app, they need to slap themselves around the face with 3 wet kippers repeatedly until they wake up. Tried to sign up for this shambolic service 3 years ago. Got messed around by the "customer services" team so badly just trying to sign up that I gave up and went to Enterprise. 3 years later I decided to give Hertz another go. What a waste of oxygen, time and willpower. Same again. Utter shambles. Bye

Terrible App, it's full of errors tried to change my address so I could book a van with the correct details. After pressing save got one message saying error contact customer service then another message box saying it was successful, so called customer service and got through to a chap who sounded like he was cooking his dinner. He had no clue how to help me so I have given up.. Its was a dodgy phone call to customer service didn't fill me with confidence.

Keeps referring to customer service number that no one answers (called for over an hour). Had to make 2 bookings as they cancelled the first as I was about to get in and still charged me for it. Impossible to contact anyone to discuss issues experienced.

I can see the potential of the convenience of this service but... It misses one fundamental information: how big is the space available in the vehicle expressed in height and length! Until that information is not available to me the service is useless

License dates are for car catagory, not the license it's self. Not clear on many fronts. Just hard work to use. Also it is pot luck with customer services on the phone - helpful and polite, or rude and unhelpful!
