I like the convenience of the store coupons, ordering, etc. BUT if you accidently (or forget) and page back on my phone, it takes you completely out of the app, even if you are logged in under bill pay. I have logged in twice, while trying to set up auto pay. There is no back button but if I hit the page pack on my phone, it takes me out. I also checked "remember me", have received and entered code to register my phone and it STILL does not remember any of my info. Won't let me set up my payment by date...only by due date. I pay my bill 10 days before the due date because that is how my budget is set up. So...finally have the ability to set up auto pay. With absolutely no flexibility. So...I guess I'm still stuck with one time payments and will use the app for the coupons and some orders.

Updated the app and now I can't open it, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and still can't open it

Almost identical to the websites layout. I had to download the app because the website always had trouble loading, but the app doesnt have that problem. The only issue i found with the app is if you back out of it but still leave it running in background when you go back to it you're back at the home page. It doesnt save your spot which is very inconvenient.

The best thing about mobile apps is bill pay. It is convenient. Unfortunately this apps bill pay is junk. After getting to the payment screen anything I click on shoots shoots me back to the menu screen...Soooo 1 star

Horrible app. It will never let you pay your bill and it crashes a lot.
