Horrible and frustrating app. Keeps kicking me out and claiming that either I have no subscription or my subscription doesn't allow for limitless digital service. Secondly, the customer service is 10 times worst than the app. Miami Herald please learn from the WASHINGTON POST!!!! Their app works flawlessly. I enjoy the Miami Herald articles but paying for a digital subscription that you can't access sucks.

You need to fix some very big bugs. 1l)Like allowing subscribers to remain signed in instead of for EACH article, yes, I mean each article! Have subs to 4 major MS newspapers. All the others, sign in once n click save, and login is saved. 2) Honor yr stated policy of 'no paywall for Covid-19" articles. I know that you require a sub for this because, you make me sign in for every single thing. 3) Far too many ads for paid subs, which break up stories with lots of spam.

Very upset digital subscriber here. This app hasn't opened even once for months! Same error msg every time: "The app encountered a problem while trying to retrieve information from the server. It may be an error or a misconfiguation." Try again does nothing; neither does deleting and reinstalling app. FIX ASAP

This is a leftist rag. They rely on half of the truth. They refuse to acknowledge the two party system as equal. They have Opinionists instead of Journalists.

Just doesn't work if you subscribe through google won't sync no direct username pw option nobody cares customer service by email may be an auto responder bc it doesn't even understand the problem and replys things like 'We apologize that there were unauthorized charges on your credit card. To ensure that you are protected, please report these charges to your bank immediately' sadly had to cancel subscription
