About this app

Be prepared for any situation

HelpAlert 360 lets you notify emergency responders and contact selected friends and family three ways:

By holding down the app icon and selecting the emergency type,

By selecting the emergency type from your contact list

By using your phone's virtual assistant.

When an alert is triggered it allows you to share important information automatically with first responders, such as your location, medical information, and any additional information you want to share like having pets in your house in case of a fire.

We've also included the option to stream live video from your phone to first responders and select friends and family in case of an emergency.

And just in case you might need help but aren't sure, we have a caution alert that will notify our responders if not cancelled within 10 minutes of activation.

Here’s how simple HelpAlert 360 is:

Send an alert by doing one of the following: hold down the app icon and select the alert you wish to send; select the appropriate alert type from your contact list, or say to Google Assistant, "Hey Google, call (alert type) alert."

One of our responders will text you. If you don’t respond they’ll call you to make sure you're okay. If it's a false alarm, simply give them the PIN you set up in app; otherwise, help is on the way.

Frequently Asked Questions:

Can you Talk or Text with dispatchers?

You can talk or text with our on-call team of friendly, certified dispatchers ready 24/7/365 to get you the help you need during an emergency.

What if you can’t Text or Talk?

No worries, we’re still sending help right to you.

What if you're moving?

We update your location even if you’re in a car, running, or walking.

What if you want to share additional information automatically?

You can share medical information along with additional information for each alert type, such as listing pets in your home in case of a fire.

What if I'm scared but I don't know if I need help?

You can use the caution alert feature. When you activate a caution alert, a 10-minute timer is started. You can cancel the timer if you feel safe, but if the timer runs out without being cancelled, a safety alert will activate and our dispatchers will contact you.

So what are you waiting for…
