This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Teleon HIPAA Compliant Texting on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.

Cannot access app from my phone, it states "check internet connection, could not access your information". Was able to access information in my computer. Needless to say, no internet connection issues. Pls fix. Update: Excellent customer service!!!! They contacted me over the phone and fixed the issue on the same day. Now working very well. I like the app but I am impressed by their customer service !.

When I 1st installed app I had no problems logging in, after a few loggins it started freezing when it came to login page so I uninstalled it and reinstalled with the same issues. I need this app for my job this is how we communicate with the team

Teleon also supports providers in delivering remote video or audio sessions and ensuring patients receive timely access to care.
