I use this old school...handing a request to a KJ. So a PDF file would work. The New Songs listing hasn't been updated since August 2019. It's August 2020 now. It would also be nice if you had a better show tunes selection. Only three songs from Beauty and the Beast? Only one song from The Muppet Movie?

App connection to room system is random at best. Songs added to the app queue don't actually display on the TV's. What does "Send Request" even mean and why is that button a different style than the "Insert as Next Song" button? Pair this with the unresponsive physical remote buttons and you have a perfectly unusable karaoke experience. My first attempt using this at the Round 1 arcade in Towson, MD will be my last. Korea and Japan have done karaoke rooms for decades without issues. Got gud.

Following the instructions given and was unable to connect to the karaoke machine. At least I was able to look up songs. I even went through my phone settings and turned off the option to use mobile data if there is bad connection via WiFi. In short I made sure my phone only tried to connect via WiFi.

It would be great if it had a play all button on favorites and if it would have a fast forward button to skip to the chorus

Was working well until the last 2 months or so, now songs and artists I previously could find are missing! :( Still accessible if I added them to my favourites, still turn up if you type them into the machine, but you can't look up some songs and artists anymore. I really hope they fix this soon...

I like the app but it needs a custom playlist and community playlist like on spotify. I like the selection and the favorite feature is great but its a mish mash of a lot of genres and I wish I could organize it to better fit my mood when I'm in the kareoke room. Ive never been able to get the app to work with the system at my round 1 but I just use the app to find songs.
