Very useful for our tour of this fascinating museum

Keeps telling me I have no internet connection when I try to download the sound files. I've followed the tips below but the message comes when I try over 4g and WiFi. Play store is up to date and have buckets of space. Disappointing

Die App mag vielleicht gut sein, aber es hilft alles nichts, wenn man sie nicht starten kann, weil der Download zusätzlicher Dateien immer abbricht und von vorne beginnt (WLAN/LTE).
